I paid over$100 to replace the screen on my daughter's iphone 11 and it has detached from the phone. The screen is not cracked, it was not dropped and the woman at the kiosk said she had no idea how it could happen but said I need to to pay again for a new screen. The man who originally did the work said to come back if there were any problems and I had him text me the receipt so I had proof. This lady says nope, we don't warranty or work at all. read more
