When arriving late Saturday afternoon there were plenty of team members available for arriving customers. I arrived about 30 mins early, so they had me wait closer to my appointment time to get checked in. A team member checked us in about 10 mins early and assisted me right away. Christian explained the process and had me sign some agreements. Check in was quick and it only took about an hour for the service, so we grabbed some dinner nearby. After the battery replacement my phone is staying charged and hopefully I can get another few years use of my phone before upgrading. I would highly recommend the Apple Store for device service of any kind over Best Buy. A week prior I made an appointment with Best Buy and found they have limited supply of parts. Best Buy ended up calling me to cancel or reschedule my appointment, so I opted to go to Apple directly--same price anyway.

After a little while the screen would randomly be unresponsive, getting worse to the point where I had to force restart the phone to use it at all. Then it went BLACK. unusable. I took it back to the kiosk, and now all the sudden his English is a LOT worse than I remember. He tried telling me the screen issues are because I dropped it, even after I said I never dropped it. He wouldn't even listen to how the problem progressed, and how the screen still works sometimes - and that PROBABLY means it's just a loose wire and an easy fix. But he wouldn't even look at it. When I got there, I was welcomed by the owner of the business, Luis Santos. Luis was very knowledgeable and his exceptional customer service made the entire experience extremely easy and fast. He was able to diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. After agreeing to move forward with the repair, the team there immediately started working on my phone and had everything completed in under an hour. To summarize, service was FAST and EASY, customer service was phenomenal, and pricing was great. Was recommended this place from a Verizon store employee in an alternative to the Apple Store…read morereplacing my screen. They were available and super friendly. Took exactly how long they said it would and everything looked great. However, my phone isn't the same. Backlight is either super bright or too dark. The color contrast isn't the way it was before, and while they said that might happen, I wasn't expecting it to be that big of a difference. So if you're looking to get your screen fixed for around $200 instead of $375ish this is your place but just know it won't be exactly the same.
