Previous booth Curry House has moved and Cha Don is the new establishment now. Actually this is the 3rd franchise opened in Richmond within the last 2 years.... The original one in Radisson Hotel food court proven to be a success, then followed by the 2nd cafe in Empire Mall and now came this youngest sister in Yaohan..... This CD is so new that didn't even got a phone set up yet. Naturally there were lots of room for improvement... Pros: lots of tables and chairs in the food court, ample free parking, friendly service, reasonable prices, good portion sizes. Cons: food tastes not consistent (my pork chop w/ salad was bland, tasteless, the meat was quite dry so to speak, but the fruit salad and scrambled egg was good. I found the ambiance is overwhelming, the entire area is loud .... I really don't like the pagers beeping sound (reminding customers food is ready) so freaking annoying! My rating is 3.5 top. I would come again but won't be that often coz the noisy vibe is irritating. read more
