I trusted Chapman Collision to repair my vehicle properly, but it was returned to me in worse condition than when it arrived. Despite multiple attempts (6) to get the issues resolved and already filing complaints with the Arizona Attorney General and BBB, I've been met with frustrating silence and poor accountability.
The service I received lacked transparency, professionalism, and care. My car now needs additional repairs--none of which were explained or justified by their team. I contacted both the Body Shop Manager and General Manager, yet I'm still waiting for a meaningful response. Consumers deserve better than this.
If you're considering taking your vehicle here, I highly recommend documenting everything and being prepared to advocate for yourself. I'm continuing to pursue resolution through formal channels. read more
