Baltimore bucket list worthy! While the pit beef at Chaps is the standout, everything on their menu is tasty. I'm actually a HUGE fan of their pit turkey. It's perfectly smokey and juicy. There are quite a few special menu (and off menu) items but don't miss their fall/holiday special sammie, The Plymouth. It's a combo of both pit turkey and pit beef with stuffing and cranberry mayo on a potato roll. It's truly delicious and what thanksgiving leftovers aspire to be.
