I stopped by Charcoal Eats recently since it's right across the street from my office, super convenient! I noticed it just opened and figured it was the perfect chance to try something new. The location couldn't be better for a quick lunch, and it was nice to switch things up from my usual spots. Definitely worth checking out if you're nearby! I went for the Build Your Own Bowl and made one with red chicken tikka, salad, and their spicy dressing. For toppings, I pretty much got everything except onions.
