I thought I would give this place a try after reading mixed reviews, but was sadly disappointed. The staff were friendly but service was terrible. After booking a 10am appointment, I sat for 20 minutes before anyone started working on me. The person didn't cut my nails evenly and one toenail was halfway cut which I discovered when I got home! I had to trim my nails myself to clean them up. The nail polish was all over my toes and outside of the nail bed. I could have done a better job myself at home. The paint was also smudged on every toe--not smooth--which could be the age of the polish. I thought it would dry better but from the moment I was done to the dry they looked terrible. I'm sorry to have to post such a terrible review but I would not waste your money at this establishment. Nothing bad to say about the staff but the service they offer needs work. read more
