Fantastic pedicures! I've been a client for a few months, never had a bad experience.

They have older ladies that will do your nails that either can't see well or just bad at their job. Can't file nails evenly and they end up painting just portion of your nails, not the entire thing. When they're done, don't look at your nails too closely or else, you'll be disappointed. You're better off going elsewhere. Never going there again. read more

I had an appointment for a pedicure with a dip fill manicure yesterday. Most places I go will take a maximum of two hours for that but I was there for 3 hours because they did not wrap my nails while I had my pedicure and wrapped them afterward, making me wait for the nail polish to soften in order to remove it. Highly inefficient. I observed some staff ignoring another patron while waiting and then yelling at her. Just rude and disrespectful. Don't go here, they don't care about their customers and were only "nice" when it was time to get their tip. read more

I came in on a Saturday at 11 to get a fill and the front desk guy said he didn't have anyone at the moment but to come back at 2/3pm. I came around 2 and he said "we don't have anyone available for the rest of the day" why did you even tell me to come back then? not coming here again the people here are mopey and don't even have conversation with you when doing the service. would not recommend. read more

I was skeptical about going here after reading previous reviews on Yelp, but they were all old, so I gave it a shot. We took my sister(bride to be) and the bridal party and my 3 girls to get nails and toes done. They were very accommodating and very sweet. I thought I would give this place a try after reading mixed reviews, but was sadly disappointed. The staff were friendly but service was terrible. After booking a 10am appointment, I sat for 20 minutes before anyone started working on me. The person didn't cut my nails evenly and one toenail was halfway cut which I discovered when I got home! I had to trim my nails myself to clean them up. The nail polish was all over my toes and outside of the nail bed. I could have done a better job myself at home. The paint was also smudged on every toe--not smooth--which could be the age of the polish. I thought it would dry better but from the moment I was done to the dry they looked terrible. I'm sorry to have to post such a terrible review but I would not waste your money at this establishment. Nothing bad to say about the staff but the service they offer needs work. read more

She seemed like she was in a rush to get me out of there, my nail polish looks like it was just slapped on and is about to peel and when she bumped into my nail that was wet she just put the glitter on it instead of putting the color underneath on again. Nails always look great and they have a fun selection of tips for a fun set of nails. Pedicure chairs have massage features that put me to sleep. The few issues I have is that the nail techs aren't all that personable and can be a little snippy at times... Very pushy with add ons such as a flower of sea scrub (of course at an extra 5$ charge ) Being a licensed cosmetologist I am aware of proper sanitation and they don't follow it which scares me a little. They reuse nail files on people and barely scrub the pedicure tubs between customers. Also the tool they use to scrape dead skin off is not properly cleaned which is bad news ... I watched as the nail tech just rinsed it off in the sink and put it right back in their station (all of their tools should be soaked in barbicide for 10 mins at least) just that oversight can pass along horrible diseases .. Don't go here! I got a pedicure here 2 weeks ago and the nail polish is already flaking off! Not only that, their cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The place is a mess and their tools (specifically their foot scraper that looks like a cheese grater) are not properly cleaned between use. They also did not effectively clean the foot spas between customers. I would not be surprised if someone's gotten a nasty infection after going there. I also watched a woman who had gel toenails go in to get a pedicure. She wanted the gel off and polish put on its place. The guy started removing the gel with a Dremel! I thought gel gets removed by soaking gel nails in acetone?! The woman was freaking out! The one compliment I have to give is the man that drew my flower on my toes was pretty artistic and detailed. I got a bad infection in my finger after I went there. Dr told me it was from getting nails done.when I was there they where very busy . I was there to get pedicure and manicure. I sat there for about 1 1/2 hrs with my feet soaking before they started on me. I did not realize it was that long. I was reading and did not pay attention to the time. As they were doing my pedicure. I was watching everything going on. They we're not allowing the instruments to sit in the thing to sterilize for very long. A few minutes if that. Then after someone was done getting a pedicure I never saw them clean the bowls out. That is just gross. read more

I will not be going back here. Not only did the nail tech trash my nails by scraping the crap out of them, they were also rude. I asked several times if that was how she normally removed polish and she assured me it was. She said she was removing old acrylic but i informed her that she was scraping and picking off my nails. I eventually told her I was just not going to get my nails finished as my usually hard and beautiful nails are now absolutely trashed. When I went to pay they overcharged me by $10 and when I asked why the man at the counter was VERY rude asking me in a condescending tone "well didn't you see the prices when you came in?" I told him I had never been charged that much and he corrected his pricing but did not give me the $10 back. Just admitted that there was a $10 difference in what I was charged and should have been charged. I still tipped the lady that did my toes even though the whole experience was awful and will NOT be visiting them again. p.s if I evolve into a Karen this nail salon will be the reason why. read more

I had been going here for almost a year but the last two times have been a disaster! Some problems included extremely crooked nails, not not doing the length that I ask and trying to get me to pay for ad ons to my service. But this last time was the final straw! I had gone in there to get a full set done and got there a little before 6pm (they close at 7) and was told it would only be 10-15 since all the techs were busy doing pedis with other customers. I sat and waited...and waited....and waited. Finally at 6:45 a lady walks as they are FINALLY finishing up one customer and says all she wants is a pedi. So instead of telling her that I was there first and had been waiting she tells her to have a seat and they start working on her right then and there!! I got so angry that I got up and started to walk out! The manager tried to stop me and told me if I would wait just a few more min (HA) they would only charge me 1/2 price. Wasnt worth it to me! Then she had me go to the seat put my feet in water and waited another 10 minutes. I decided at that time that I could not wait any longer. So i told her I was leaving.
