No accountability, no responses and the run around. They sent us a completely dented and scratched refrigerator and then sent another one and it did not work, then they took the broken one back and cannibalized the two together and sent me yet another dented and scratched machine with one panel replaced. I told them I want a new one and they said these are the only two. I told them bring the doors then and replace them from the other unit, they said we will ship them and they did and they again were dented. What a fiasco and now dealing with Credit Card company. I agree with all the negative reviews here. read more
