One of the worst companies out there. I bought a commercial fridge with one year warranty in Dec 2024 plus additional three-year warranty. The fan is making a noise now. They suck! We bought a multi-thousand dollar freezer from them and it stopped working after only having it for 2 weeks. We have been battling with them to get it fixed for over 4 months now and they keep just making excuses or transfering me to a different department which I never get to as they just keep me on hold until I hang up after a half hour and then when I try to call them back they don't answer and it goes to voicemail which they never return calls or it says the voicemail box is full. We should have read the reviews before purchasing. Everything that's already been stated here is true. We bought our fridge last July. By December we stated having problems with the fan. The fridge get so loud, it sounds like we are next to an airport! Every time my husband has tried to contact for support. He gets the runaround. He has never been called back. They sent us a completely dented and scratched refrigerator and then sent another one and it did not work, then they took the broken one back and cannibalized the two together and sent me yet another dented and scratched machine with one panel replaced. I told them I want a new one and they said these are the only two. Sold me a "new freezer" unit Dukers brand. Was told 3 years parts and labor 5 years compressor. Had 3 issues with it the first year. Just had another issue and was told by Dukers that unit was sold to chef aaa with only a 1 year parts and labor. Apparently they got a good deal on it and lied to me about the warranty. Because all Dukers are supposed to be 3 yrs and 5 yrs. They even have it on the websites. So More then likely it was refurbished. That's why only 1 year parts and labor. And apparently the sales lady that sold me the unit was let go for selling multiple clients same situation product like me. Sad thing is chef aaa will not honor the warranty I was sold and told. The worst service EVER. I have ordered a brand new 3 door reach in cooler and during the shipment the cooler got beat up and the radiator got ripped off and kinked the Refrigeration lions and broke it. They sent a guy out that replaced the compressor and put one in that in not even close to the right size. Also while he replaced the compressor he never cleaned out the system now all the filters are plugged.
