I agree with the other poster. One star is more generous than I'd like to be, but there's no option for ZERO STARS. What a disaster and a disappointment. We hired MacPherson's to manage our home while we were out of the country. The only thing they managed to do was collect their 10% each month. After two years, we returned to find the inside of our home filthy, several damages and a yard sadly in need of attention. What's worse is that when we escalated our concerns to the manager of the Bellevue office, her first response was real concern as if she was going to do something. That concern was fleeting as she then provided a number of excuses about why she didn't return emails or calls - my birthday, my asthma, my mother visited from out of town..blah blah blah. When we think about how much MONEY we paid them for the poor job they've done, we want to scream. Save yourself some heart ache. STAY AWAY from these guys. They're unprofessional, lazy and unresponsive. read more
