The cold weather blew in and the inside fireplace and the outside fireplace on the patio needed to be inspected before my parents used them after moving into their new home over a year ago. We were not going to let them go another year without using them. The inside fireplace was in great shape. The outside fireplace had several deficiencies and a code update, and the house is only three years old!
