So far this is the best Chinese we've found in the Chester area. The garlic chicken was nice and mildly spicy. The General Tso's was crispy, spicy, and sweet. The egg rolls are okay. The rangoons were also only okay. Their house sweet and sour sauce is weak. The amount of white rice provided with entrées is skimpy, but that isn't a deal breaker.
