Our recent visit to this establishment was unfortunately far from satisfactory, with multiple concerns regarding customer service, cleanliness, safety, food handling, and the functionality of the games. Upon arrival, we waited at the front counter for hand stamps, but the process was disorganized. An individual who did not appear to be an employee--and may have been under the influence--came through the gate from outside and stamped our hands. This was not only unprofessional but also concerning from a safety perspective. The lack of ice at the drink station was another issue. When we requested ice, only a small cup was brought out, despite needing enough for four drinks. It took an unreasonable amount of time and involvement from multiple staff members to finally refill the ice machine. The staff seemed untrained or unaware of how to address this basic task efficiently. In the kitchen, we observed unsanitary food preparation practices. A staff member's hair was visibly touching food on the counter while she chatted with someone else in the kitchen nearby. After notifying another staff member, the food was briefly removed, only to reappear shortly after with no visible improvements. This raised serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. When it came to receiving our order, the process was equally frustrating. The buzzer intended to notify us that our food was ready was not functioning. After noticing a pizza similar to what we ordered sitting out for a while, I approached the front desk to inquire. The staff confirmed that it was ours, but by the time we received it, the food was cold. Given the earlier issues in the kitchen, we were hesitant to eat it at all. The arcade experience was another disappointment. Many of the games were out of order, and the time-based play cards we purchased were poorly implemented. While the system allows for a one-time pause of the card, this policy is impractical for families needing breaks during their visit to eat and/or for bathroom breaks. Additionally, there were delays between game scans, making the time cards a poor value and something I would NOT recommend. Finally, as we exited, no one checked the stamps on our hands to verify that children were leaving with the correct adults. This lack of oversight was troubling, as the stamp system is a key safety feature that families rely on when visiting this establishment. Overall, this visit did not meet the standards of cleanliness, safety, or service we expected. While we have enjoyed visiting this location in the past, this experience left us deeply disappointed and unlikely to return.
