Cheese is WAYY better then this one bc when I was out of the trampoline bc one of the kids were too much, one guy who worked there came up to me and said "You got money?", I said "no"! and then he said "you gotta PAY! u can't be here" and when I wanted to hug Chuck E. Cheese, he told me to sit down somewhere. btw, my old Chuck E. Cheese was shut down due to a girl shooting ppl.. It was a nice, clean location. It wasn't too crowded when we got there. My 4 yr old granddaughter and 2 yr old little cousin had fun. The monthly pass is a good deal for something to do indoors with the little ones at least once or twice a month. read more

This was by far the best Chuck E Cheese I've been to ever. The staff were so kind and very helpful. This was my daughter's first outing after a surgery and it was a blessing that we had a nice place to take her to where folks were really welcoming. She loved the dance with her special mouse. We're visited two times in the last month . The first day was a weekday everything was great we even danced with Chucky. Today is Sunday it was busy ! Chucky came out two times while we were there in four hours which was great ! He was trying to escape all the bad kids but were pulled in directions for photos . I'm sure he was very hot everyone inside was sweating ! I'm not sure if ac is acting up or if they just had it up. I'm a cold nature person and said it's stuffy. There were games broken. The games need fixed and updated. I love the picture games that's a nice treat to get photos while visiting. This is my last time coming to a Chuck E. Cheese. I haven't been in several years and it seems like nothing has changed albeit a different location. Creepy and out dated animatronics/mascot, incredibly attitudinal and rude staff, and several out of order machines. Kiddos wanted to play a few games, out of order. Some "working" games took our credits but didn't actually work. Had to ask the attendant several times on different games to fix the issues we kept running into. No tickets dispensing, game malfunctioning, credit loss, etc. Eventually we find enough working games to burn through our credits. I was told his name is Riley. He's a new hire apparently, blue polo, young African American boy with glasses. He was working prize counter on his own, with a long line. He's checking his phone continuously while helping other families. We finally get up to get prizes, and he says he'll be right back. Dude up and clocked out. Didn't tell anyone, other staff members didn't know what happened. And now the line is longer. Eventually Jakira helped us but she was teetering prize counter and food. It was a shit show. How hard is it to work at Chuck E. Cheese, let alone a prize redemption counter? What Riley did was rude, unprofessional, and down right lazy of him. We won't be back, and we won't recommend this place to any friends or fellow military families. Can't wait for this Dave & Busters to open up. P.S - Do y'all even have managers here? Geez. read more

My boys love this place. We usually bring them here for their birthdays. This year we got a great deal on gift cards from Sams Club. So we'll be coming back sometime after the holiday ( a part of their Christmas gifts). We don't usually get the food. I've never been to a Chucky Cheese and liked their food. We usually just go home and order a pizza after. There are a ton of games and a decent sized little play area. We usually end up spending a few hours here when we come. I would give this a lower rating if possible. We brought our 3 grandchildren to this establishment on 09/11/22 and purchased pizzas and 90 minutes of game time. While eating our grandkids were unable to get the cheese out of the shaker. We took the top of as everyone there was doing and our youngest granddaughter put cheese on her pizza. she grabbed a big piece of "ice" and showed us. This was GLASS!!! A big piece of glass!! The shaker we had was NOT broken. The manager was immediately notified only to say okay and walk away. After being requested again she said to the cashier refund the pizza but get it back. Returned again because I'm visiting my grandson and am still disappointed with the staff here and how Chuck E Cheese doesn't come out nor do any other characters. First, the staff here is made up of a lot of young kids and they don't care about the customers or the kids or the service they provide. They are all on their cell phones and fooling around instead of taking care of customers. One of the girls who was working the merchandise area actually went to the kitchen and sneezed right on her co-workers face. I know this because I saw it through the pick up area while waiting for my order. I was so grossed out and then the girl, and two of her co-workers walked back to the merchandise area and the other girl was screaming at her at how gross that was and told the guy whose face she sneezed into to go wipe himself because she just did that. The other girl was saying I can't believe you just did that - that's so gross! And yes! I agree. They need more supervision and some respect for each other and the business. I don't know if there was a manager on site this day or not but it was on Sunday, October 29. Also, had it not been for a birthday party taking place, I don't think Chuck E would have even made an appearance. He didn't come out until it was time to sing happy birthday and then he started walking back to the back and I had to stop to ask if I could have my grandson take pictures with him. Very disappointed that the staff doesn't even have him walk around and interact with the kids. In addition, they advertise Halloween costume contest and there was none. I asked if it was happening and the employee said yes but the time for it came and went and nothing and again no Chuck E. This place would be a great place if the staff would be better and Chuck E would come out. Back home in Hawaii, Chuck E and all his friends are always walking around and interacting with the kids and taking photos but here it's almost never it's like you have to beg for him which should not be the case. My daughter's birthday party is here, it's actually wrapping up now. The 3 pizzas I ordered for the adults, only one was correct but because they delivered one wrong pizza to a different table and a wrong one to the table when I wasn't there and they were"atened" we still had to pay for them. It's been a light year since I was here. My grown kids were little and we attended a birthday party for my nephew. Back then, the place was smelling old and the games were run down. Well today I took my granddaughter and we had the best time. This place is clean, the games are awesome and the singing show still lives! I must say even the pizza was delicious....stuffed crust pepperoni !!! I LOVE the extra check out security when you leave to make sure the children leaving are leaving with the people they should be with. That extra security is priceless. Great place for a children's bday party or Saturday afternoon activity!

Our kids love coming here, of course what kid doesn't? The food is not bad for a chuckecheese :) the fries are baked so yay for that. They have a small salad bar which also isnt too bad. They do have a ton of games to play and we come during the week to avoid the crowds. Added to review 11/18/2011: We were able to make it back recently and the place looks awesome. They completely renovated the place and it shows. New carpet, tons of new games (which are a quarter each), nice clean salad bar and more. I usually avoid going during the weekend b/c of the crowds so I cant review how busy it gets, but we went on a Tuesday and it was perfect. Chucke even came out and danced with the kids and gave away tickets. If you sign up online, you get emailed coupons which will save you a lot. 5 star chuckecheese! read more

Don't go on weekends. It can get really crowded and... nasty. Quite possibly the dirtiest I've ever been to. I don't expect any Chuck e Cheese to be immaculate clean with kids running around everywhere. But if 80% of everything you touch is sticky w boogers and leftover pizza, the staff needs to do a better job of cleaning up. The pizza was great and the kid check system ran smoothly, but the manager than ran the beer register worked slower than the zootopia DMV sloth. He left his register for no reason in the middle of a line without backup. And when a keg blew mid beer, instead of replacing the keg immediately or changing to a new beer he gave a half foam cup to me. I took it at first but later returned it because it wouldn't settle. The cashier that replaced him was less than impressed. Nobody watches their kids, so you have older kids picking on the little ones. Plus side, the mascot was nice to the kids. read more

Worst Chuck E Cheese ever. First off it was more expensive than Dave & busters in Times Square in NYC. The Ticket payouts are like the a 4th of the amount you get then the prizes suck cheep plastic junk and candy. Their jackpots are like 100 tickets where at D&B they are 1000 for the Same game. Also the prizes cost more tickets then D&B at the end of it I slept $30 on games and my son only Could get a lollipop and cotton candy that would have cost me $5 if I bought it out right. There was never a time my son left D&B without a stuffed toy with more like $10 and feeling more happy. Worst part is I think one of the ticket counter girls was racist. We got in line for prizes and the second counter girl leaves when we get to the front. The other counter girl starts helping someone who skipped the line (another back chick) I was like come on I was waiting, and she was like "oh were you next I'll get to you" then walks past me to the 2 kids in line right after me (2 black teens) tells them there ticket count and then is chatting with them. I am like what is this? I am there with my son and a baby and would like to leave. And she's all "maam you have to wait for someone else" because apparently they were more important that she had to spend 10 minutes helping that boy choose what he wanted and refused to tell me how many tickets I had went on to someone else and didn't want to help me. Then other people got someone to help me(a white girl). I Don't know how you can be like I am not going to serve you, you need to wait. After 40 minutes went to ask about our pizza and was told they couldn't find us. The fact was that they never came by our table at all. It was another 15 minutes before we received food. In my opinion, Augusta need to invest in building another location....Wrightsboro Rd location is always crowded....the city is split by two counties Richmond and Columbia therefore we should have Two locations for our children to enjoy...it will cut down on volume, long lines, and angry children and parents. read more

They started the BIRTHDAY party 30 minutes late. Every time I went to ask the party hostess something she was up at the front desk talking to a male who was just standing around. She put the cake on the table and left it there for 15 minutes then came out with the frosting cake topper and put it on the cake in front of us with her BARE hands (no gloves). She arranged with other guests to "bootleg the birthday song." So when Chuckie was singing happy birthday to my son these people got in the video and the pictures and said it's their daughter's birthday too and danced and everything. She arranged this with them. I did not SHOW OUT because it was a family event; but I can promise you that I will drive 2 hours to Dave & Busters or ANYWHERE else for the next party. Finally-- my son is happy because he is too young to know any better; but when he left the ticket blaster this individual told a 6 year old to put down the last tickets that he picked up off the floor because he cannot pick them up off the floor. I have Never in my life experienced anything so ridiculous.
