I highly enjoyed my bear claw. It was light and fluffy without being cloying and sugary. I was also surprised how fresh it tasted at 2pm. Normally, they are pretty stale by this time of day. I cannot emphasize enough how much attention to detail was placed into this bear claw. They filling was amazing, the texture was amazing, and the dough tasted amazing.
