There is not many restaurants where we were for waiting to get the doctor's appointment. My mother and I tried something new for the local diner in Euless. This restaurant is located off of the euless blvd. the streets are big but there is not many places to eat. When we walked inside the restaurant seams not too busy and very clean. The utensils are in the paper bag. I give 5 stars for cleanliness. The breakfast menu had huge selections. I didn't know what to order. I ended up getting the catfish lunch which was very Crispy. I also had fried okra it was delicious. My mother had pancakes. They are filling! I ordered my mom's eggs for over medium. The cook at this restaurant really knew how to cook eggs. ( a lot of breakfast restaurants I went they don't pass my egg proficiency exam. lol) I give this place 3 stars. Possibly they could improve drink menu or upgrading coffee beans for coffee. read more
