GREAT communication from start to finish. Both of the front desk receptionists were super friendly during drop off and pick up, as well as the technician. Loved the convenience of being able to leave our rental there too and not having to deal with the long wait we had at the rental car company when we picked it up the first day. My fault for not scheduling it in advance to be ready at the auto repair shop. The repairs were completed to perfection and finished ahead of schedule. That NEVER happens and my son was excited to get his car back earlier than expected. By the way, this is our second visit here. Both repairs were due to a not-at-fault collision for two different vehicles. The first time was under their previous name so it's great to see the high level of service and quality repair work hasn't changed. I hope to not ever have to come back here due to the nature of their business... but I will easily refer them with no hesitation to anyone. read more
