My Jeep was damaged by a hit and run driver. Classic did an excellent job repairing the damages and matching the paint. The time for repairs was only 8 days. About 2 weeks after picking up my jeep I was driving in west Texas and a strip of molding came off the top of my car (not related to the repairs). I talked to Summer about the molding replacement and she asked me bring my jeep to the Cedar Park location. Summer then arranged for their shop to replace the molding free. I purchased the correct molding from the MoPar dealer and classic installed it without any cost to me. Thank you Summer and the repair shop personnel that installed the molding. read more

My rear bumper was recently repaired by Classic Collision from a parking lot hit and run accident and the experience was good from start to finish. When I picked up my car, the bumper looked good, however, there were a steak in the paint. The repair process was realized quick, and the communication throughout the repair process was clear and professional (frequent texts). Dropped my Mazda off after hitting a deer not knowing what to expect since this was my first major damage to my vehicle. Made appointment, drove here, they cancelled the appointment 2 minutes prior. Would not even walk 20 feet out the door to see the scratch and minor ding because they are "not authorized to work on that brand." I explained that it's not much more than a scratch but they claimed that if something needed to be calibrated they wouldn't be able to do it. It would have taken under 2 minutes to at least have the professionalism to walk out to the parking lot and take a look. read more

Terrible experience at this location. Upon arrival, everyone was very friendly, provided me an "initial repair", then came the ultimate BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! I didn't pick Classic Collision, but the person who rear ended me had State Farm, and this was their preferred repair shop selection so there my vehicle went! I was greeted and scheduled my vehicle drop off once insurance okayed the appointment and estimated repairs, refreshments and snacks in the lobby, free Wi-Fi, all the works. Rental car places Enterprise and Hertz are just down the street a 5-10 min walk which is convenient if you don't want a scheduled ride pick up. Meredith has been the go to in communication with my vehicle in repairs, the estimated cost, wait time and all that jazz. Even better is they will text updates and you can reply instead of playing phone tag hell! I am reeling from vehicle repair headaches from the collision and how I was involved but Classic has been so helpful and made a painful event less stressful! I can't wait to get my car back and vroom vroom in my own ride again! Updated a day after I wrote this review: Meredith told me my car was ready 2 whole weeks ahead of schedule and it looks just as new as the day I bought my car! GREAT communication from start to finish. Both of the front desk receptionists were super friendly during drop off and pick up, as well as the technician. Loved the convenience of being able to leave our rental there too and not having to deal with the long wait we had at the rental car company when we picked it up the first day. My fault for not scheduling it in advance to be ready at the auto repair shop. The repairs were completed to perfection and finished ahead of schedule. That NEVER happens and my son was excited to get his car back earlier than expected. By the way, this is our second visit here. Both repairs were due to a not-at-fault collision for two different vehicles. The first time was under their previous name so it's great to see the high level of service and quality repair work hasn't changed. I hope to not ever have to come back here due to the nature of their business... but I will easily refer them with no hesitation to anyone. read more

I brought my car into Classic collision at a recommendation of friend. The very young ladies at the desk and staff in back were very attentive at first. The follow-up while they worked on my car was good. They are very busy, so I can see how the tension could get risen as the front desk attempted to ensure quality care to each person waiting in the lobby. It took some time for me to notice after my car was repaired, until my son visited and drove my car. He let me know, my mirror on my driver side was not working. I know it was working before I took my car in because my son was visiting driving my car only a week before I brought it in and I had to return the mirror in position for me to drive. Also, some of the new pin striping is missing which my son pointed out as well. So I called Classic Collision to tell them. I was told the work is under warranty for a year. When I explained the issue to the person on the phone, the person answering the phone told me that Edwin said, that they didn't touch the mechanism for the mirror but they would look at it anyway. And I should come in on Thursday. Just the dismissive attitude I received in itself, I will not return to Classic Collision. The mirrors wiring mechanism could have been detached while pulling the weather stripping. To automatically assume no liability, I rather go elsewhere. I now do not trust Classic Collision to touch my car. There are too many options to get treated like this. read more

Work is good. Coordination between the front office and service writers is a classic in "how to piss off customers to make sure they tell their friends to avoid this place." During the week, automated messages "parts ordered," "car in the shop," "parts replaced," and "paint done" So you have a good idea of where it is along the process. The last step is "we will call you to set up a pickup time" 100 vehicles in the shop, and six parking spots out front, so I get it. No call Tried calling, 30 minutes of busy or now answer Hmm. I got through this morning after a 22-minute hold. "No appointment needed, just show up and pick it up" OK, it would have been nice to know. I made it there at 3:00 PM and paid my deductible. "Oh, you can not leave yet, until the technician goes over repairs" The car was out front, blocked in by other vehicles. Uh, OK No one seemed to know who had the cars blocking me in, but thankfully another tech came out and got the car that had blocked me in. He disappeared. I stuck my head back in "is the tech coming out." Thankfully yet another tech asked what I was doing looking at the car. "I'm here to pick it up" He was there to park yet another vehicle to block me in. At least he understood my frustration. What a colossal waste of 143 minutes (hold for scheduling, drop-off waiting time, hold time to confirm pick up time, and finally getting the vehicle). Yes, we use a timer on our phones, so easy to log customers and ensure a timely response. The vehicle was gritty and dirty, with lots of water spots. Needs to be detailed as it looks much worse than when I dropped it off. On the bright side, I have a wonderful story for our internal team on "how to lose customers." read more

These people do not care about their customers. I had to go out of town on Sunday and they called me 30 minutes before the shops closes on Friday to pick up the vehicle. I told them that I am on my and it takes about 30-35 mins to get there. I tried my best to make my way to the shop and arrived at 5:35. At that point, they closed the shop and when I tried to contact the manager, she blocked my phone number. I had to return the rental car because the insurance is not going to cover since the car is ready. I did not have any means of transportation for a week and had to rely on friends and public transportation. They just created lots of inconvenience. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. read more

We have used this body shop many times when it was AMM and were very pleased. However it recently changed to CC and it isn't the same. The front desk staff has gone down hill. When calling to determine if the insurance company we were working with due to being rear ended had sent over the necessary paperwork Brianna at the front desk told me that my husband had called and told them to stop repairs. I informed her that he had not called (I verified with my husband) and that there must be some mistake. She immediately got a serious attitude and told me "I have it right here he called yesterday and told us to stop" I told her that was untrue, that he had not called. Her response was "I'm not going to argue with you over the phone you will just have to sit and wait" in a particularly nasty tone. I then asked for a manager who quickly determined that they had two customers with the same last name, an easy mistake to make and Brianna could have handled the situation very differently. Communication hasn't been great since, I was told that we would receive an update in 24 hours, that was 2 days ago and I still haven't heard anything. I'll be looking for a new body shop the next time we need repairs. read more
