Purchased a trailer waited almost 3 weeks to do the walk through. Go to dealership after being on the road 5 hours, no one was around as all sales staff were at another lot for big sale. Our trailer was never detailed, all holding tanks were full! Isn't this illegal....? Vent cover on floor screw striped out. Urine smell coming from vent in living area and no heat coming from vent.. Now said trailer in the shop! Now..I can bet no maintenance was ever done on this trailer, just a quick wipe down of the inside and call it good.. The salesman we had to deal with was something else and not someone I would have working for my establishment. I'm sad that I have to write a not so good review. But I feel things should've been taken care of and the trailer should've been clean and ready for the new owners! There should've been some pride in the shop and follow up from management. Took trailer to local shop due to urine smell and there were Mouse droppings in the Ducting. Called click it they offered to take care of the chewed ducting by dropping the under belly. Went to pick up the trailer after they said it was ready and this is what we seen. Then we went camping and my husband noticed that the under belly was hanging. And this is what we are left to deal with. The previous shop we took it to never cut the under belly! This is laziness and a lack of respect of personal property at it finest. Now I know why there was no charge! And they didn't even replace the ducting to the bedroom and the black water tank was full! Thanks for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more
