From Day One the Coaches/Trainers find out what your fitness needs are and make sure that both you and them achieve your set goal(s). My family and I decided to do their 6 week fitness challenge and have forever been transformed. Collectively we lost a total of 69.4lbs and feel our best, we all have endured HIIT workouts and look forward to what's next in our fitness journey.
