I just finished my first six week weight loss challenge and won! I lost 20.8 pounds and seven inches off of my waist. Without the staff at Cloud 10 Transformations, none of that would have been possible. Their consistent encouragement, as well as that of fellow challengers and members is what kept me going and started me off on my fitness journey. I participated in the 6 week challenge. I am someone who works out regularly, but was looking for something different because I was achieving the results I was seeking in my normal exercise channels. On one hand, I really enjoyed the workouts offered. The trainers were great and I left every class sweaty and tired (good things!). On the other hand, I was VERY disappointed in the nutrition plan. I made an assumption a nutritionist would've been involved, but after showing two nutritionists the meal plan, they came to the conclusion I came to on my own. I could participate in this meal plan for the six weeks and more than likely lose the 20 lbs, but as soon as I went back to my normal eating (which isn't bad), I'd gain the weight back. So I heard about the Cloud 10 - 6 week Weight Loss Challenge Boot Camp. The challenge preaches that if you "FTDI" Follow The Damn Instructions that you can loss 20 lbs in 6 weeks. That includes attending 5 boot camp classes a week, following a restricted diet, and doing some social media post. In addition if you lose 20 lbs then the boot camp is free. So I decided to take the challenge for 2 reasons. 1st my Dr. said if I lost weight I could get off this high blood pressure medicine and 2nd I will be 53 at the end of the month and was tired of being out of breath after tying my shoes. So I just completed the Boot Camp and it was tough. The Coaches/Trainers were great and really pushed you to take that extra step/rep and "Finish" everything. My body got used to getting up early and being sore the hardest part was following the diet which was made easier by meal prep delivery companies. In the end I lost 23 lbs and plan to continue working out and eating healthier. I would recommend the Cloud 10 Weight loss challenge as a quick but not easy way to get healthier. I had watched this program on FB for a couple of years. This year I decided to give it a try!! The advertisement came out FREE Boot Camp for 6 week and loose 20 pounds. I thought to myself what do I have to loose, so I inquired and they told me a Saturday to come to Orientation. When I walked in the staff was very friendly and I must say that NEVER changed the entire 6 weeks. They were all the same friendly, helpful, welcoming and extremely encouraging. What irritated was when I was told it wasn't FREE as advertised, but it was $497!!!! I instantly became irritated because I hate false advertisement. I checked out from what was being sad in the room as I did some self talk to myself. Instantly I began to become uncomfortable with the thought of what else will be a lie? Then I thought I could never trust these people because they didn't start off being honest. Then I heard the young lady say how many would of came if you knew the price and how they learned that people stick to things that they invest in. I thought to myself that's true. She continued to share the rules, guideline and instructions and I thought to myself you can do this. Give this program to yourself as a Mother's Day gift and when you follow all the instructions and loose the 20 pounds they will give you all your money back and then you can treat yourself to shopping for your new size. That day I signed up along with one other woman. I was just use to walking on the treadmill or the Ellyptical an hour or walking my development and that was it! On my first day I was excited but as we did the workout I thought you are in over your head. I even spoke to the awesome instructor, Josh, after class sharing I don't think I am ready and he explained I would be fine with some more encouraging words. Needless to say as kind and encouraging as his words were I didn't believe him. It felt like I was in the room with a bunch fitness superwomen. I thought this has to be an advance class. I would love to say each day got better but it didn't!! Each day was a brand new challenge working on different areas of our bodies while pushing us to our BEST. They did modifications on exercises if it was something you couldn't do as every day they asked if anyone had any injuries. As the weeks pass I felt my endurance grow. I went from not being able to do no push up to doing 25!! Now that was a true confidence lifter. All though the scale was going down I didn't see the TRANSFORMATION ANYWHERE but my cheeks. My fat face was thinning out. I was running, doing suicides and sprinting Unbelievable!! It felt great!! Not every day though. There were times I wanted to quit, but then a voice would say they have your $497 Shopping money!!! And I would come when I didn't feel like it and push even when I felt I didn't have anything left within me. There were some days that were more challenging then others, but I kept going. The food wasn't bad at all!! That was totally ok until the last week when it's Tilapia and Asparagus only! Can I be truthful if I never eat those two again I am completely ok. As the weeks went by relationships were created and not only were you surrounded by amazing encouraging staff but we were encouraging one another. The environment was full of positivity and love!! We truly became a family! I was so impressed how they all took the time to learn our names and how they would sometimes do the routines with us or walk through the room and say come on you got it one more!!! This was not just a weight lost, but it was an emotional and spiritual journey! It was an awakening! An awareness to getting to know myself more. Learning my clicks. Discipline, focus and determination all helped me through this 6 weeks. By the 3rd or 4th week I was able to let my guards down. There were no trips or other hidden agendas. They were right if I hadn't paid I probably would have quit and not finished. Oh but when I did my final weigh in it was Welllllll worth it all and I was so emotionally overwhelm. This time I did it for Elisa! For Me! And I felt incredible! I lost 22.4 pounds!! I was truly proud and still am! Nothing great is easy and I told myself you worked too hard to become undisciplined now. This program helped me to go from 20s and some size 22s to size 16/18. It built up my confidence and belief in myself. I was so happy with all that I achieved with this program that I joined a gym and this time I even signed up for a Personal Trainer. I realized that I need accountability and the extra push to achieve my ultimate goal of being healthy. I don't think you should have every one start in the same place. Different people have different needs. A 350 pound person will need a different set of needs then a 150 pound person. I took the 6 week challenge and I WON! 21.2lbs down. The trainers and staff at Cloud 10 are wonderful. When you feel like you can go on, they encourage you and give you an alternative to the exercise you're doing. There's no such thing as I CAN'T but I'll TRY was my favorite phrase. I was nervous at first, burpees and mountain climbers are the devil. But by week 5 mountain climbers was just like walking and burpees and I agree to disagree. I'm always leery when I hear "free" anything because I know from experience that nothing is really free. This is especially true for anything really worth having. So, when I saw the FB post for the free, 6 week challenge offered by the Fitness Optimist Transformation Center (FOTC), I was skeptical. Normally, I would overlook a "suggested post" such as this but, for some reason I was drawn to the post and decided to click on it. I don't believe in coincidences so, I don't think that it was any coincidence that I came across this challenge at this time. I knew in my gut that this would be the thing to provide that missing link to achieving my weight loss goals; so, I attended the orientation and accepted the challenge. I started on 10/31/2016 and six weeks later at my final weigh-in on 12/10/2016 I had melted 21.4 pounds! The challenge is TOUGH; it's HARD WORK and DEDICATION (especially through the holidays)! But, ANYTHING worth having is worth working HARD to get. The FOTC's mission is to "transform" lives! It's not just about losing weight. It's about transforming oneself into living a healthy lifestyle and I DEFINITELY HAVE BEEN TRANSFORMED! The FOTC provides OUTSTANDING, FIRST-RATE ROCK STAR coaches who lead the circuit-style workouts, nutrition guidelines and support through a FB group made up of the Awesome Fitness Family (AFF) community! That's what FOTC really is- an AFF community! Here you get a sense of comradery from your fellow challengers and the members working out alongside you. It's not like a gym where you feel like you're on your own. Even in a large class, the coaches give you the attention needed to push you to 100%, whatever your 100% is. They're excellent in working with you to modify exercises for ANY fitness level (beginner, advanced, health/physical conditions, etc.). So, NO EXCUSES! The FOTC provided the workout, accountability and atmosphere I needed to begin my transformation. And, yes, this is just a beginning. I still have further to go on my journey toward my goal so; I'll be accepting another challenge beginning January 9, 2017. When I started Fitness Optimist challenge 20, my main goal was to regain control of my food intake and start living a more active lifestyle. I did not fit the traditional "FOTC challenger" because at 5'8, my starting weight was 146.4. This made it a bit more challenging because I had to be very strict on my diet and doing additional cardio outside of the daily workouts at the gym. The coaches and employees at FOTC largo are absolutely incredible. After much discipline with food, daily workouts with rock star coaches and additional runs 2-4 times a week, I lost 21lbs. Thanks to the success of my first challenge, I decided to roll over my $399 deposit and try my luck at a second challenge. When compared to the first challenge, not much changed except the intensity in which I had to work out. The weight loss was a bit slower the second time around. Outside of that, all I can say is that the program works! The rock star trainers are amazing, the AFF is amazing, and the results are amazing! Cloud 10 has truly changed my life. For years I have been unmotivated and always stuck at a plateau when I did attempt to change my habits. I was invited to participate in this 6 week challenge through a co-worker. Initially I was apprehensive because there was a $400.00 deposit. I sucked it up and told myself If I want to see a change in me, I must be dedicated to something. The challenge is not easy, and takes dedication; however, the rewards far outweigh any soreness or "food sacrifices" you may have to make. The workouts are challenging, and the trainers push you, but when you look and see everyone working to their limits, it pushes you to do more. The Rockstar Trainers and the enthusiastic workout partners helped me to lose 24.4 lbs and 4.25 inches in 6 weeks. I don't know where to start. It did change my life and although I was not able to continue onto the next challenge, I'm going to miss many parts of the program. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: 1. I lost the weight. 2. The meal plans takes the guess work out of deciding on your next meal. 3. The exercises can be done by all (they are modified to assist with people with limited mobility) 4. You workout with others who have already completed the program (this is also a con) 5. The trainers are great motivators 6. The program's rules require that you workout every day. and there are 6 to 7 sessions a day. 7. You get in the habit of working out. 8. I feel mentally and physically stronger. Cons: 1. There is no Nutritionist. The meal plans are not customized and it didn't work with my digestive system at all. I suggested that I was consuming too much protein and was proven right after the director did some internet research on the topic. 2. The workout schedule was changed and seem unorganized from day to day. They changed from upper, lower and full body days to full body days everyday. BUT, the different locations weren't in sync at all; the full body everyday plan was not followed in Laurel. 3. I had to do a lot of extra workouts to actually lose the weight. I don't know of anyone who lost the 20 lbs and didn't have to do extra workouts. It became costly because I had to have two gym memberships. 4. Very time consuming. I did the challenge between jobs and I can't image if I was working because the eating schedule drove me crazy. 5. The eating schedule was very restrictive and took the fun out of going out. I understand the weight loss goal, but what's the transition plan?5. There is not exit plan. No one to tell you how to include additional food options if you decide not to do another challenge. 6. The price to join the gym as a regular member is high. 7. The exercises were repetitive and no explanation was given about what body parts we were targeting for the day. 8. I'm a runner and my endurance didn't improve after completing the challenge. That was my purpose for joining the challenge. Overall, I do recommend this program to anyone who wants to make a change in their physical and mental disposition. I say that because I never stick with a program, but the money-back guaranteed, made me commit to myself and my goals on a whole other level. I'm going to miss the extra push that I got from everyone. I met great people who had the same goals as me and I'm going to miss them. read more

I successfully completed the 6 weeks challenge. I was able to lose 23.6 pounds during this time. I definitely recommend this program to anyone. You just have to follow the instructions and commit to a healthier life in order to success. This program helped me understand the importance of balancing food with exercises in order to lose weight. The hours are very helpful for my schedule. The staff members helped me stay motivated during the 6 weeks. I am a walking testament that this is one of the best boot camps in the dmv. I came with a friend that has done several challenges and I didn't believe that I could truly beat this challenge. I committed every day to work out 5 days a week and to feed myself well for 6 weeks with the guidance of Cloud 10. Everyday was constant motivation and affirmations that we can do it. I felt stronger by the day and begin to see the numbers fall. The trainers really pushed us and knew what they were doing. one day I was on a station by myself and J got down and did the reps with me, she really kept me motivated. The manager Cathy kept me on track and made sure she was available to answer any questions that we may have had. The only thing that I didn't totally enjoy was the chocolate powdered whey shake. It made me quite nauseated and it was needed as a meal 3 times a day. I ended up switching to my old beach body drink to make it through after it was given the go ahead by Cathy Cloud. Other than that this group program gave me the knowledge of discipline and portion control and 23.8 lbs later I am truly thankful for it. read more

I attended a pack the camp session with a member and decided to give them a try. I started at this transformation center in August of 2017. I have participated in three six-week challenges. During the first challenge I missed the mark by 1.8 pounds and then during my second challenge I became ill and had to drop out but this time, Cathy at the Largo location stayed in constant communication to make sure that I was ok. She was able to call me by name when she saw me in the building and constantly encouraged everyone. I tried to stay under the radar to keep from anyone knowing my name. What can I say about this place?! The staff is awesome! Always motivated and smiling even at 4:30am when I come to work out! The trainers are will get you to your fitness goals. I've been going for 4 weeks and I must say that I'm addicted!! The workouts are never boring and are designed for muscle confusion! I just started the challenge today and I'm so motivated and ready. I received my FOTC bible and I plan on FTDI! I've tried other fitness challenges before and I felt as though there focus was only the workouts and not nutrition. FOTC is different. In one word "challenging" . This has been a very unique experience which allowed me to get back in shape; not only with exercise, but with meal plans and proper supplements. I saw the ads on FB for the Free six week weight loss challenge over and over again. I was really skeptical at first but seeing how I was at a new low point with my weight gain....30 lbs over two years, I decided to give it a whirl. I needed something to get me started. So I signed the contract and wandered into the first workout at 6 am. It was rough, but surprisingly I kept going. Results started showing. Compliments started coming. After attending the orientation for the 6wk challenge, I was immediately sold. I was at a point in my life where I was hoping to be apart of something like this. I managed to lose 21.6! In the beginning, following the strict meal plan and 5days a week workouts weren't easy. But I stuck with it and overtime by body got used to the meals and I looked forward to the early morning workouts. The workouts were fun, the music was hype and the trainers encouraging! And the lobby staff were pleasant and helpful too. This experience has been Awesome and I would definitely do this again in the future. This was a great journey for me and the new friends that I have made. I never really liked going to the gym, but at cloud 10 it is different, everyday brings a new challenge and you never know what to expect. they keep it fun and interesting and it is exactly what I need. The coaches and people working here are the best, they consistently motivate everyone and provide a great atmosphere. If things are not going in the right direction for you they will modify what you are doing so you can and will see results.
