This past 6 week challenge has been just that a challenge. Although it is a strenuous commitment it is well worth it in the end. If I did not have an infant at home I would definitely do another challenge to become for fit! That being said I will continue some type of consistent exercise and better eating. I will not go back to the way I used to eat. Two months ago I could not button up or completely zip up one of my suit pants. Now I can put them on without sucking in my gut and I still have a little room left. During the challenge I lost 24.8 lbs. and lost 4.25 inches. Now had I followed the instructions 100% of the time then I would have lost more. For those starting the challenge I suggest finding creative ways to cook your food.
