Since my last decade in New England I have always valued the family owned hardware stores especially with true value and this place is no exception . They have a very pleasant and educated staff that support this family run place . On several occasions the manager and come out played with dogs when I bring them with me and they also have treats for them at checkout counter . I am all for supporting well run family owned places and this is certainly one of them. If they do not have an item they will order it and ship it free to them. No minimum orders.
