We recently had an incredible dinner at CM Chicken Norton Commons that I am excited to share! We started with Japchae, which are sweet potato starch noodles stir-fried with veggies and meat. It's one of Korea's most popular dishes, and for good reason. It's a great dish to share, and it's now one of our favorites too. We ordered the Japchae without meat so we could also enjoy the Korean fried chicken. I ordered drumsticks with the Hot Honey sauce. It was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked crispy and juicy, and the Hot Honey sauce added a nice spicy kick. If HOT isn't your thing, they offer many other flavorful sauces from mild to hot. CM Chicken offers many other dishes worthy of your attention. They also have lunch specials which I plan to try very soon. Check out the attached menus.
