DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this bus company unless you are a glutton for punishment. Had I known this was the "new" run down Chinatown chicken bus, I would've taken another company. It wasn't until it was too late to notice where the photo says its location is with a drawing that reads "across from seafood and oyster bar". Umm a name would be good. (NOTE: There is NO 3312 Dalton Street); it is on the side of the Sheraton). I was running a little late and as the directions say, "call if you're running late", which I did. I knew right away when I called and it was an automatic recording, with bad grammar, saying it's quicker to email. Luckily, after 20 rings someone answered. They barely spoke English and tried giving me the same directions as the photo (drawing whatever it is). The person on the phone wanted me to call the driver! My poor cab driver. He was kind enough to let the driver know I was on my way and the person kept saying they were leaving. Of course the driver couldn't find my reservation and I had to repeat it like 3x. The bus is packed with broken seats, and lord knows what diseases and prison escapees are on here. I wanted to sit up front and the driver was very rude and yelled "NO! NO! Plenty of seats back there" (where I'm currently writing this review from). The seats are absolutely horrendous. The whole bus is horrendous. Filthy, dirty, gross and if there's ever a time I've wanted a Karen Silkwood shower it's now! All you can smell is urine. It's obvious they don't clean these buses. No WiFi or plugs either.
