Coco Thai I was grabbing donuts next door when I stumbled upon this hidden gem tucked away in a small shopping center. At first glance, it looks like a simple takeout spot, but there are a few tables inside if you prefer to dine in. The atmosphere is cozy, and the waitress was incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. To top it off, the NFL Network was playing a football game--definitely added some extra fun to the meal! I ordered the Penang curry duck, coconut soup, Tom Yum soup, fried calamari, and Thai fried rice--everything was absolutely delicious. I would happily come back just for that Thai fried rice!
