This coffee shop was AMAZING. Just what we were looking for after a rainy night of camping. First of all, the staff were so friendly and truly seemed to enjoy their jobs. And second, the food was incredible. We were hungry so we ordered the Cofa Cristo, a breakfast burrito, and a bagel sandwich to share. The Cofa Cristo was our favorite and came between 2 pearl sugar waffles with egg, cheese, and sausage. I wish I could take this back to MN with me. The breakfast burrito was our 2nd favorite and had egg, cheese, green chilies, potato, and your choice of meat. It was huge and crispy on the outside. They also had 3 sauces to choose from that you could help yourself to. For a drink I ordered a chai and they have their own house chai and it was so good. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area. read more
