Made a quick stop before hitting the slopes and super glad we did. The food was amazing.. highly recommend stopping by and grabbing something yummy!

This coffee shop was AMAZING. Just what we were looking for after a rainy night of camping. First of all, the staff were so friendly and truly seemed to enjoy their jobs. And second, the food was incredible. We were hungry so we ordered the Cofa Cristo, a breakfast burrito, and a bagel sandwich to share. The Cofa Cristo was our favorite and came between 2 pearl sugar waffles with egg, cheese, and sausage. I wish I could take this back to MN with me. The breakfast burrito was our 2nd favorite and had egg, cheese, green chilies, potato, and your choice of meat. It was huge and crispy on the outside. They also had 3 sauces to choose from that you could help yourself to. For a drink I ordered a chai and they have their own house chai and it was so good. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Super chill spot, peanut butter latte was pretty good and the English muffin what I expected.

    Mya ..

Matcha was overly sweetened. I watched the barista use what looked to be a measuring tool equivalent to 1/4 cup of matcha powder into a 16oz drink. I'm sure the coffee is great here but definitely not the matcha.

Such a cute, local coffee shop! The guy who took our order was very kind. We ordered the cofa cristo, bagel sandwich and two caramel/oat milk lattes! Our food/drinks were brought out to us in the sweet outdoor seating spot surrounded by trees. We even saw two hummingbirds! Everything was so yummy and we will definitely frequent Cofa when we're in the area!

Great looking shop you would expect to find in Dillon - cool and hippyish, crowded, hard-working staff, surrounded by mountains and aspens. Large menu, I had the equivalent of an English muffin. Delish with tasty drip coffee. Def a great spot.

Stopped in for a hot beverage after a cold night of camping and it hit the spot. I got a dirty chai latte and it was pretty tasty but was very heavy on foam more like a cappuccino. They have all your basic coffee shop items - lattes, coffee, cappuccinos, etc. I didn't grab any food but the burritos and bagels looked pretty great.

This place is good. A tiny bit unkept hence the 4 stars--for example the place seemed a bit disorganized. I didn't know where to get a napkin but otherwise cute spot near Keystone along a line of other small businesses. I ordered their breakfast burrito with eggs, green chili, potatoes and impossible (vegan) meat. It was okay. There was no option to get the burrito without the vegan meat. I would go again to try their other breakfast food and drinks.

Cute local coffee shop with breakfast. We stopped here while staying in keystone and the coffee and breakfast hit the spot. Their burritos and croissants were very good! Tiny little shop but very friendly staff!

Great coffee shop! When looking for the old Pour House Coffee Shop, we came across Cofa and could not be happier. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and make fantastic food. We have been here twice in two days! We've tried their Peppermint Mocha, Almond Milk Latte, Oat Milk, and their breakfast sandwiches. Make sure to stop here and support a great coffee shop.

This place missed every single mark. Our food took almost an hour to come out and parts of it was cold. Hubbys pancake was hard (not crispy hard, like heat lamp hard) and one of the items on my plate was a completely cold, unbuttered English muffin. The eggs were cooked wrong (I ordered over medium and they were barely over easy with tons of runny white still and hubby ordered hard scrambled and they were scrambled and runny still), and our waiter stopped in to fill water cups once but did not check in or ask how we were while we were waiting. I'm typically pretty easy going -- I understand mistakes are made sometimes. That is easily redeemable if the service is good; but the service was not. Our server made it seem like we were an inconvenience. 1026 - we got the text our table was ready. We requested a booth (and mentioned we would wait longer got a booth) but got a table. Okay fine, it happens 1038 - we finally had a server ask if we want something to drink. We ordered drinks and it was at least 10 more minutes before they came to take our order. Our order was submitted and it was nearly 45 minutes for the (cold) food to come out. During the wait we were not checked on at all. No one asked us if we were good or needed anything-- or let us know the food was delayed. When the food finally came (again, cold) it was dropped at the table and it was another 15 mins before our server even acknowledged us again. The lady who helped him drop the food was nicer than he was, and asked if we needed anything else; while he couldn't be bothered. We are walking out now at 1140. Our server checked on us a total of 3 times and got rude when his tip was reduced for that. Important to note -- the table behind us had walked in as our food was being served and they got their entire order (6 people) before we left. Different server, so it may not be the entire place, however your servers are a reflection of your company. Unacceptable and we will not be back

Best brunch I had in Frisco…read more Butterhorn Bakery and Cafe is the highest-rated brunch spot in Frisco, and based on my experience, I'd agree with the hype. Of the couple of brunch spots I tried in town, this was my favorite. I ordered the Cornucopia with eggs over medium and substituted the home fries for fruit. The fruit was surprisingly good, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar. A side of fruit can be pretty hit or miss when you substitute it at brunch, so I was pleasantly surprised. The eggs were cooked right, and the toast was fine. I opted for turkey bacon, though, and I'd recommend skipping it. It was pretty crispy and lacked much flavor. The standout was the cinnamon roll French toast. We ordered it to share with the table, and I highly recommend doing the same. It comes with two large cinnamon rolls that are soaked in egg batter and grilled French-toast style. It was top tier. I noticed several tables around us sharing the regular cinnamon roll as well, and those looked fantastic too. They also have a bakery counter inside with plenty of grab-and-go options. The pastries all looked great, along with fresh bread, cookies, and other sweet treats. If you're visiting Frisco and looking for brunch, Butterhorn is definitely worth a stop. And whatever you order, I'd make sure the cinnamon roll French toast makes it onto your table.

I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was terrible…read more I ordered mac and cheese with chili and pork, and what came out looked like plain microwaveable Kraft mac and cheese. There was no chili, no pork, nothing -- just basic mac and cheese that tasted like it came straight out of a box. My friend ordered a burger that was supposed to come with lettuce, blue cheese, and the works. Instead, it arrived with just chicken and bread. That was it. No toppings at all. The water we were given was also incredibly dirty -- it literally looked grey. Service somehow managed to be both overwhelming and nonexistent. While we were eating, the waiter came back to the table every couple of seconds so we couldn't even have a conversation. But when we were actually ready for the check, suddenly there was no waiter anywhere and we fwaited about 15 minutes. On top of that, every request got mixed up. I asked for blue cheese and after about 10 minutes the waiter came back with ranch. Then I asked for lemon vinaigrette (which the meal was supposed to come with) and instead got honey mustard. After explaining again, she came back with... even more honey mustard. We also paid $10 for fries with green chili and received about 15 fries. And one more thing when paying they did NOT bring my card back for about 20 minutes. It was also extremely dark where we were sitting all of the surrounding lights were off but everywhere else in the resteraunt was perfectly fine Overall the food quality, service, and attention to orders were extremely disappointing. Definitely not an experience I'd repeat don't waste your money here.

I thus proceeded my way to the store to try it out. And I didn't regret a bit. It was a slow high noon lunchtime for this quaint shop. When I stepped in there was only one person inside (and he soon left) so all of a sudden I had the whole place to myself! The lady upfront warmly received me with a nice smile. She let me take my time after I had said "I think I will need a minute." At this time, I was already impressed. Not only the kind welcoming greeting by the lady, the showcase to display all the baked goods to the adorable interior to the store merchandise to the selection of the gelato to the little refrigerator to hold prepackaged goods, this store was definitely way more than 3.5 stars. As I was browsing, the two salads in the mini (clear) refrigerator caught my attention so I inquired about them. Both the Chickpea and Roma Pasta Salads were only $6. I was like "Yup, I am getting them!" I definitely needed one (sweet) bakery item so I went with the Bread Pudding with Almond Cream Cheese. This place is not much of a tea place however. I thought I was going to get an iced tea or something but whereas they do have tea lattes they don't make simple teas (hot or cold) is what I heard from the lady. No worries on that. I hence went with a hot Americano. This ended up being the right choice as I would need something a bit stronger than a simple tea so I would be able to stay awake on the road to get back to Denver after the strenuous runs at Keystone resort. She did ask me if I wanted my bread pudding be warmed up to which I said yes. She then put everything in a brown bags and carefully placed a little container of half and half on top of everything which she warmed me about if tipped off it might spill a bit so she said to be careful. I certainly wasn't expecting this kind of above-and-beyond-ness; service here thus is top-notch. She saw me off with the same warm smile as I walked away from it. As soon as I back to my car, I started my little lunchtime. And I tell you, EVERYTHING i got today was more than satisfactory. Both salads were exceptionally made (I especially liked the Chickpea one.) The Bread Pudding had a nice texture with the perfect sweetness. And it was a good portion as well. My Americano was nice and steamy. And the side half and half she gave me was more than enough. This experience was way more than I had expected in so many different ways. So in conclusion, True Blue is very much under-appreciated. Hence, by writing this review, I am spreading the love I have for this store to the entire state of Colorado.
