I haven't visited any laundromat in almost 15 years and gotta say, this was one of the more pleasant experiences I've had. I visited to use the big 90lb washers to wash two dog beds. Unfortunately, one of the beds decided to tear and I hit the emergency stop button (which is a nice feature I don't remember at previous laundromats). The employee (Terry) was super helpful and helped me dump these now waterlogged dog beds in the dumpster out back. As I was setting up to wash, Terry told me a story about another person who recently came in to wash dog beds as well and apparently theirs got fluff into the plumbing and flooded the place out. With that said, I paid close attention and was only 2 mins into the wash when one of the beds started to fail. I'm grateful for this knowledge and tragedy was averted. In my short time here. I noticed the place was very clean and inviting. There was soft rock playing in the background and the customers seems respectful of the equipment. There is a wash station towards the back to wash your hands as well as a bathroom. While waiting , they have bench seating as well as individual chairs. The vending machine was well stocked and prices reasonable. If I ever had a need for a laundromat in the future, I'd definitely keep this place in mind even though it's a long drive from Queen Creek. read more
