Worst experience here!!! WORST!!!! Old bag needs to stay off that free coffee!!!! All I was going to do is run my pillows through the dryer to sanitize them. I'm sure I'm not the only one who does this. The old bag started tripping. Definitely hands down save your money and time and go somewhere else. They use free coffee to trap you in... I haven't visited any laundromat in almost 15 years and gotta say, this was one of the more pleasant experiences I've had. I visited to use the big 90lb washers to wash two dog beds. Unfortunately, one of the beds decided to tear and I hit the emergency stop button (which is a nice feature I don't remember at previous laundromats). The employee (Terry) was super helpful and helped me dump these now waterlogged dog beds in the dumpster out back. As I was setting up to wash, Terry told me a story about another person who recently came in to wash dog beds as well and apparently theirs got fluff into the plumbing and flooded the place out. With that said, I paid close attention and was only 2 mins into the wash when one of the beds started to fail. I'm grateful for this knowledge and tragedy was averted. In my short time here. I noticed the place was very clean and inviting. There was soft rock playing in the background and the customers seems respectful of the equipment. There is a wash station towards the back to wash your hands as well as a bathroom. While waiting , they have bench seating as well as individual chairs. The vending machine was well stocked and prices reasonable. If I ever had a need for a laundromat in the future, I'd definitely keep this place in mind even though it's a long drive from Queen Creek. read more

I had a giant down feather comforter that needed washing. I searched for laundromats that had large capacity washers and dryers. I found this lovely laundry place in Apache Junction. The place was roomy and clean. I ended ip using their service whereby they woild wash and dry my item and then text ke when finished. So we put the large comforter 8n the giant washing machine and I left to run a few errands. A few hours later my laundry was complete and i received a text. The laundry was nice and clean. I am excited to have found this place. The personelle were friendly and efficient. My giant down comforter was $36 for a wash and dry. 8 am sure 9ther services are less expensive but i was just happy to have been able to was this thing without worries. I went on a Monday and there were plenty of machines. There is a nice sitting area and clean folding tables. (Did I mention clean?) 8 would recommend. read more

I have been here twice the first time to do a standard laundry run. I realized they had very large machines multiple loads in one machine. 1. You must purchase their card from a machine which is not completely user friendly. The staff is well, some are EXTREMELY HELPFUL, OTHERS ARE ASLEEP ON THE JOB. They have a do their jobs well follow the rules but when I ask the question, they try to be helpful, but really can't answer the question. 2. These large washing machines come in several sizes they say they hold three loads five loads even eight loads maybe even more. What I found was when I tried to put my clothes which I wouldn't put in my home wash machine and two loads would not fit in there three load front loader. My opinion only, I may have been able to cram my clothes in there although I didn't think they would get very clean so I chose to move to a five load washing machine, which of course was more money. My clothes all came out very clean and nice. I was very happy with the results. The machines are all clean and looked very nice. 2. The dryers worked quite well. I believe it was $.50 for 10 minutes and you can add more time onto that. The dryers were also quite large, and had several settings on them so you didn't have the dryers that were just hot, hot and hot. 3. There are two big issues at this laundromat. Their customer service. is either excellent or non-existent. The second is the hours, as the pictures above show they say OPEN. The website states that they are open until 8pm. Well, the door is unlocked until 8pm but don't plan on doing any or starting any laundry anytime after the clock hits 7:00pm. That's fine, just say, you are open until 7:00pm for laundry. I pull up at 7:02pm gather my "superstition laundry card", my cash, in case I need to add funds, my soap, and my comforter and shuffle. I start to put it in the first 5 load machine and just drop everything else. A gentleman the works there cleaning up came up to me and kindly stated "we're CLOSED" we close at 7:00pm no more laundry is to be started after 7:00pm." I said well, it's just barely after 7. He said he had already started cleaning the machines. By the time I decided to take review and take pictures time had past. This is not a bad laundromat, it's quite nice actually. Just some different rules. I would want later hours anyway such as 10pm. Apache Junction is growing so much and it isn't just a retirement snowbird and cowboy community any longer. read more

Plenty of staff, super patient and friendly, especially considering how busy they are. They really hustle and are spot on attentive to the customers. I had a special wash and fold request to leave my clothes damp. They delivered all of my requests and met expectations. When it's freezing cold out here in PHX (50 degrees LOL) ... I don't like using the clothes line to dry like I usually do. I drive far to come here because this is the best place. The staff is terrific, very friendly and helpful. I do have some difficulty with the plastic card / magnetic strip thing that you use in here, but the lady is always so helpful. I really like this place when I have to use the laundromat. read more

Clean place with all machines that I could see in working order, and a very friendly and helpful attendant. Plenty of folding tables and seating areas. You have to buy one of their magnetic cards to use the machines, as none take quarters or credit/debit. And as a full-time traveler, I appreciate that this place will refund the balance on your wash card if it's under $5. I can't even tell you how much money I've lost around the country on those darn things, with $1.50 on this card from that place, and $2.25 on this card from that other place, etc. What a welcome surprise to get my $4.00 back and not have to toss yet another useless card in the trash. read more

I looked on Yelp for a laundromat in a twenty-mile radius of where I lived. I only have to wash really big, bulky items a few times a year and wanted a nice, clean, and highly rated laundromat. Look no further! Thank you, Yelp friends. It was perfect. The young lady at the front counter was very helpful, kind and showed me the ropes.......making the experience stress free, fast and my things came out spotless. I was talking to regulars and they say they keep coming back because of the great service, cleanliness, and they even go so far as having the employees hand wash the washers nightly! Easy to find, safe area, and large parking lot. Five stars, for sure. read more

Very nice coin laundry in Apache Junction, although I use the term coin loosely. All of the machines use a debit card that you purchase from a machine. The card is reloadable, and you can use it in all the washers, dryers and soap vending machine. Very clean and staffed by two friendly and helpful young ladies. We are here camping and decided to do laundry before heading home. Cost us under $10 to do two loads. They also have a "fluff and fold" service where you drop off your laundry and they do it for you. I will definitely be back. read more

Beautiful facility...bright, sparkly, new machines...pleasant staff... Expensive ($2.00 more per load in the size washer I used than other places I've been)... No notification until inside the business it's a card laundry (I already had my clothes in the machine, so I'd invested time I didn't wish to lose - otherwise I'd have gone elsewhere)...no coins able to be used... No instructions on the machine where cards are obtained... Lots of signs saying dont leave laundry once it's started...wash load takes 23 minutes.... Uh, no...I'm a responsible adult...I'll leave if I choose and return before the appointed time...(and did just that)...leave my stuff alone... Won't be back... I'll go back to Westar laundry down the road.... read more

So extremely disappointed! Facility is nice however, the woman managing was not wearing a mask. She also was talking very loudly and approached each customer who came in to help them. During normal circumstances that would have been great. There were many elderly people with compromised health using the facility. I did ask the manager if she was concerned about catching Covid and her reply was, " No! I'm healthy and it's just a virus". She may be healthy but many of her customers were not. She could be an asymptomatic carrier and potentially spreading to others and endangering lives. It's just a mask, I don't understand the mentality or disregard for the safety of others... read more

I was very disappointed in this place. My first time there when I was using a large double loader, I had to get the clerk to help me. You see the double loader was not filling up with water properly. We tried this machine and 1 other twice. The clerk reimbursed me but I wasted probably 3 x's the normal amount of detergent not to mention my time. The second time I was there and my last, I filled up 2 machines with my clothes & laundry detergent then went to the clerk to break a $100. She said she couldn't and that I would have to go elsewhere. So I left and couldn't have been gone more that 15 minutes. When I got back, my clothes had been removed from 1 machine and another person was using it. The clerk said she asked around to see who's clothes they belong to. She apologized and tried to help me find another machine but they were all taken. So lost my detergent again. The other people who had my machine didn't even bother to offer it back to me as they hadn't even started their load yet. I mean who would put dirty clothes in a machine and just leave unless they had too. Won't be back. read more

I had a HUGE, king-sized, heavy, thick, cumbersome bedspread that needed cleaning desperately. I needed a huge machine, I have an in-home washer and dryer but nothing large enough, so I came to Superstition Express Laundry bcz it looked safe, clean, and parking was close and plentiful. What a GREAT decision THAT was! I was clueless as to how to navigate the laundromat experience, but Jasmine helped me through the entire process. She was a JOY... knowledgeable, friendly, polite, patient, and efficient. I needed one of those wire rolling carts, and she got one for me. If I needed something I just had to ask.... and I did. Just FYI....forget the quarters. Bring several one dollar bills and remember your own laundry detergent. They sell a variety for a dollar, but bringing your own is cheaper. The entire process took about an hour and cost around $8.50. There were comfortable places to sit and wait. I sat and read a book I had brought with me. It was quiet enough I had no trouble following my story. At one point I went outside and made a phone call. There was outside seating so I could enjoy the sun and fresh air. There was also a large, clean restroom. Everyone doing their laundry seemed nice and friendly. A lot of out-of-state visitors were friendly and would visit. I was there between noon and 1:00 on a Saturday. The entire experience was positive. read more

Awesome, Friendly, Clean and Enjoyable place, as well as the location! OPEN 6AM - 8PM Everyday. I used a Large Front End Washer@ $4.50 that took a total of 25 minutes to wash our clothes and Large Clean dryers that cost .50 cents for every 10 minutes. It took 20 minutes to dry a large load of clothes and another load of bed sheets with a blanket. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The one thing to note is that you need to bring cash to purchase a Laundry Card that is used in the machines. There is an ATM there, but I didn't check out the fee's. I did need to purchase some Downy from the attendant, which I was able to use my debit card. Very reasonable/cheap price with a 10 oz bottle (enough for 10 Loads!) costing only $2.00 !!! Oh and one last thing, Free BOSA Donuts. Not sure if this is an everyday occurrence, but that was a pleasant surprise to what I thought would be a boring visit. read more
