I came here after another shop had already ruined three of my shirts by burning them and leaving the prints crooked. Because of that experience, I specifically asked if they worked with polyester before leaving my shirts. They told me yes, so I trusted their word and paid upfront. When I picked up the shirts the next day, the owner was honest and told me that one of the prints was not straight. He offered to make me a new shirt, which I agreed to. After texting to follow up later, it seemed like the order had been forgotten. At that point I asked for a refund, and he agreed and told me I could stop by anytime. I went to the location, rang the bell several times, and no one came out. I texted again and asked if they could please Zelle me the refund since I had already made the trip, but I never received a response and never got my refund.
