Do not go here! This is regarding the care of my grandmother received at this facility, as well as the unprofessional conduct of the staff. My grandmother was seen for a broken wrist, during which a cast was applied. Unfortunately, the cast was made far too tight. Within a few days, her hand became severely swollen, and she experienced significant pain and discomfort. This raised serious concerns about the quality of care provided, particularly given her age. When I attempted to contact the office to address this urgent issue, I had to call approximately 15 times before reaching someone. When I finally spoke with a staff member, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I calmly stated that there was no need to be rude, the staff member abruptly hung up on me. Multiple attempts to call back resulted in my calls being repeatedly disconnected on purpose. We had no choice but to take her to urgent care where the staff there said the job was done extremely poorly. This experience was unacceptable and deeply concerning, especially when it involved the well-being of an elderly patient.
