The WORST internet I have EVER seen. I had better connections over 56k dial up! It's not even enough of a signal to log into their website to try to troubleshoot sh. I don't know how they get away with calling themselves an internet provider when there's NEVER ANY INTERNET.
UPDATE: tech wasn't as painful as most ser when I finally got a hold of someone and I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get them to look into the problems soI I'm adding a star for the guy I got on the phone there. I'm also impressed that they read my review and responded so I'll give them another star for that. I'll update again after my service situation is resolved, hopefully to add more stars.
UPDATE TWO: I was supposed to get a call in 24-48 hours. That was from Thursday. Finally Monday after I get said call, four days later. And get a vague recording saying they will by done by 7pm today. Apparently now, already 6pm, they call to say they aren't even going to get to us until tomorrow afternoon at the earliest. I'm going back to one star and it's probably going to stay there because that's unacceptable given we're being charged for the most unstable internet I've ever seen. read more
