Went for a water pump under special coverage. Cruze sat there for nearly a month, and was ready on Saturday when I called. Wasn't told. Never called me back after numerous calls and walk ins. Called today told she'd call me back. Never did. Wasn't told it was even ready until I called gm and filed a complaint, then they're the ones who told me Good news it was ready. Cooper tried to charge me for a part I fixed with my dad and said was leaking. The water pump was leaking and couldn't produce the pressure to make the $30/180 in labor water outlet leak, I fixed, leak. They also cut through the plastic to get to the release valve to drain it instead of taking off the cover. Gave me the run around until I called and complained. No more. Will never be back. read more
