First, let me say our server Zach was awesome. He was attentive and down-to-earth, making our dining experience top-notch. When we arrived, it was packed, but we were seated right away.
I really liked that you could choose the portion size of their craft meats--1 lb, a half pound, or even a quarter pound. Score! Their meats were so flavorful. I was sad they were out of spareribs, but the pulled pork and burnt ends were absolutely yummy. I also had the hushpuppies, which were a little spicy with the aioli. Next time, I'd get the aioli on the side.
