Very rude staff!! Right when I walked in they just kept staring at me! No hello, or can I help you with anything..! So I went up to one of the ladies to ask for help choosing a hair color that would work for me, she just looked at me and said "you have to be a member to shop here, we're not open to the public." I had no idea that it was not open to the public, Which I completely understand, no problem. I then left the store. I did not appreciate the rude staff. I work in costumer service and I would never speak to someone the way I was spoken to. read more
