Since nobody at Cox will put me through to a supervisor, tell me where I can send photos and keeps shuffling me around or disconnecting me when all I want to do is solve an issue, I will resort to showing you all their handiwork. They sent a kid to fix my cable and I will not go in to all the details of what little he knew. But this is the what he did and how he left me hanging
* Cox sends kid who looks straight out of high school to fix my internet
* Doesn't know the difference between a router and a modem
* Needs to borrow a screwdriver to open cable box because he doesn't have one (but kindly left some pliers behind as seen in the photos)
* Pulls hundreds of feet of cable from under the street, can't figure out how to replace it, fills my garbage can with that cable
* Figures way to solve problem is to hook a cable to neighbors house, run it to mine, leaving cables exposed, cable box open, tool on ground
* Leaves me to find this fiasco

I am disgusted with Cox customer service and next time I go to Google, it will be to search for "Internet service in my area that treat their customers WAY better than this"
I tried so hard to reach out to Cox to discuss this and their customer service would not let me speak to anyone in charge, send someone out to look at what I was describing or tell me where I could send photos. Disgusting!!! read more
