We have been with Cox for over 40+ but had to cancel wifi and phone service due to a move. They couldn't access our account over the phone without the passcode to cancel. We had to bring our equipment into a physical store with our ID to cancel. The Santee location is in a plaza with plenty of parking. The store itself is spacious and bright. When you walk in, you're greeted and to sign in on the tablet. We were number 2 on the list. Everything was fast. A receipt was printed to show proof of equipment return. read more
