We hired Crack Attack 4 years ago (Spring of 2019). Within a few weeks, a hairline crack already formed on our front step. Fast forward just 2 years (2021) there were tons of pits throughout the entire driveway and that hairline crack is huge. Now, 4 years later, it all just keeps getting worse and worse. I hate even looking at my driveway knowing how much I spent to get a "nice concrete driveway" but instead got one that is just crumbling away. When I reached out to Tim via email, he wrote back to me: "Unfortunately we don't make the materials" , so basically he doesn't stand behind his product. The team was very nice and Tim has a great personality, but unfortunately, a charming personality isn't going help my ugly crumbling apart driveway or give me money back. :( I should have gone with the guy down the street who was slightly priced higher. This is one of those situations where I went with the lower price thinking I was getting a better deal, but instead, have a nightmare. read more
