I was excited to see "Walk-ins Welcome" because it's hard to find a last-minute massage in this town. I arrived today at about 2:10 pm. The door was unlocked, I went upstairs, and--per the signs--put on slippers. The sign said to knock on the first door on the right for reception. I did, then knocked on the other doors as well, but no one came. I waited for several minutes and called the spa four times between 2:16-2:20 pm; I could hear the phone ringing inside, yet no one picked up. Please don't advertise walk-ins if there isn't staff available to greet guests or answer calls. Either update the signage/hours or keep the door locked when unattended. I can't comment on the quality of services, but today's experience with customer service was not good. read more
