I placed an online order for pick up at 11:15. I was 10 minutes early and it was wasn't ready which was expected; I had my dog in the car on my way to visit my mom in Rochester Hills. I didn't check my bag, only asked if they included the malt vinegar for my mom's fish meal. I'm ok with tartar sauce on my fish sandwich which I was really looking forward to since there's no Culver near me in Maryland. When I got to my mom's place, I opened the bag and there was no fish sandwich in it. That was my lunch! I ended up eating 1/2 a piece of my mom's fish, and the cheese curds side I paid additional for. I called the restaurant and told them about their error. The person on the phone said I could come back and get a new sandwich just ask for the manager. It was a bit of a pain to go back there since it was out of the way because I was staying in Birmingham, but I really wanted my sandwich so I did it. The manager apologized and threw in free french fries. So I'm giving four stars because of her action and the fact that the sandwich was delicious. I have no problem coming back to this location.
