Been here 5 months, only thing decent about living here is the pet policy - no breed restrictions, office staff is terrible, Phil is the only one who cares about the residents here, they will nickle and dime you every way possible, $270 to pick up pet waste outside?? And paying for your pets dna sample before you move in, plus paying for collars they need when they are at the dog park here?? Come on!!! paid well over $100 just for a background check and application becuase we moved here from another state... always smells of marijuana in the hallways, maintenance team has no idea what they are doing, they remodeled our bathroom after a month here, pretty much looked like they had no experience with what they were doing, put us in the guest sweet for a week while bathroom was being redone, dirty bed sheets, used towels, hair all over the bathroom and they barely had the nerve to even apoligize, when asked to speak to the manager they will not give you a name or phone number, just the currents email address and will say someone will get back to you, sent several emails and no response, they'll just stick a letter under your door regarding the issue, if your stuck finding a place that will accept the breed of your dog, then yes it's cheap and a roof over your head, make sure you do a walkthrough of the actual apartment your moving into, our carpets were not cleaned prior to moving in and the guaranteed upgrades were also not complete, otherwise there are plenty of better options out there...and as you can see, read all the other comments, they don't take the time to read or reply to anyone on any site there are reviews read more
