Getting service here is the absolute worse. I called the pharmacy and had to "hold" for 1 HOUR and 10 MINUTES! It wasn't until over an hour into the call that someone FINALLY picked up the phone quickly and said "thank you for holding," and they put me immediately on hold. Once someone finally picked up the phone, they told me the prescription could be done in an hour and a half. I arrived at least 1 hour and 45 min later. They told me it would be ready in ... 1 hour and a half. HOW SWAY?!
In person, service is slow at the pharmacy as well, which is more understandable as I'm sure there are various protocols they must follow to insure the right meds are going to put to folks - BUT TO NOOOOT PICK UP THE PHONE AT ALL IN THE COURSE OF AN HOUR is bad.
