My 1870 Book case was damaged during the move from HI to WA. We had shipped it from England without any issue but this time it was heavily damaged. They were very thorough in examining the damage, decided it couldn't be done in the home and took it back to the shop and delivered it back. Wow! I didn't think it could be repaired but they did.
