The selection of fabric can be overwhelming so be prepared to spend hours digging through fabric sample books. I took home a few sample books and spent a week deciding with my wife. Once you decide on the fabric be sure to have your checkbook as a deposit is required before work begins. Three weeks later I went back to pick up my chairs and was amazed. To say that the craftsmanship is top notch is no exaggeration. It's difficult to put into words but everything about the work done screams quality. I got quotes from various shops and Manning's was the most reasonable and affordable. Manning's is a family-owned shop; Sonja & Theron were so super sweet and easy to work with. Theron used a super firm HR50 foam to last long (the original ones were so thin, they flattened over time from the weight of heavy individuals). Theron was very flexible with fabric, he gave me the choice to choose from one of their samples or purchase my own elsewhere. Sonja sent me to the Design Center but I couldn't find anything fancy/old world. I needed something like Damask fabric for my elaborate chairs. I ended up purchasing from Ethan Allen. Once fabric arrived, scheduling was pretty quick and it took about 2 weeks for completion. My family said the chairs look FANTASTIC!! I highly recommend this shop, they are very professional and quotes are way better than anywhere else. I plan to take all my business to Manning's & Son.

Ordered fabric which took quite a while for delivery - apparently had to come from Spain - but once it was here and other jobs ahead of ours were finished they came and got the chairs.
