I stopped in on a whim while traveling through Riggins to Cour d' Alene and was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the customer service. Though not a huge grocery store by any means (which is nice), this venue has a good selection of food for a traveler such as myself. I found the produce to be extremely fresh and was impressed by the fact that it had fresh kale and ginger root at the time. These two vegetables were priced just right, as well as several other fruit choices that I picked up (i.e, grapefruit, oranges, and apples). I use a blender while on the road in order to get my essential nutrients, so having fresh produce was essential. Customer service was pretty good! The lady in the front (Cyndi) was about as down to Earth as you can get. She had her young granddaughter in the store that day, which didn't distract her from assisting customers, particularly myself. She made some recommendations on where to stop while traveling northbound to Moscow, which was well appreciated. I certainly hope to drop by this location once again. Felt very welcome here. read more
