It has been a month since I have tried to get Dennis to respond and to live up to his guarantee he has continually failed and has not showed up for appointments to resolve the improperly installed HVAC system. He has continuously stalled responding to my request. I have sent him photographs ,phone calls ,text message and emails with only minimal response. I am reaching out to warn possible customers to the lack of quality and failure to live up to any D&D warranty or Promise made to resolve any problems with their work performance.
