Had the unfortunate experience of needing to have a brand new Samsung Odyssey Ark 55" 4K monitor repaired. Thankfully D&D came to the rescue. While it was a 3 month process (thanks to Samsung) D&D was in constant communication with me about the status of the order and put up with weekly texts from me. When the part finally came in it was damaged. I was thankful for their inspection and ensuring I had a quality part for replacement.
