Had the unfortunate experience of needing to have a brand new Samsung Odyssey Ark 55" 4K monitor repaired. Thankfully D&D came to the rescue. While it was a 3 month process (thanks to Samsung) D&D was in constant communication with me about the status of the order and put up with weekly texts from me. When the part finally came in it was damaged. I was thankful for their inspection and ensuring I had a quality part for replacement. The new one finally came in, he showed up and had me up and running in an hour. Highly recommend D&D. read more

I live in a RV. My 60" Sony LED tv wouldn't turn on after arriving near Bastrop. I called D&D because they were close by. I was shocked at how quickly David could get to me. After diagnosing the issue and ordering the part, I was told that it would be July 10 when the part would come in. I got a text from David just before Saturday night saying the part was in; could he install the part on Monday July 6? David texted to say he was running about 20 minutes late. Here it is, July 6. My TV acts like it's brand new, I didn't have to buy a replacement, and David Jr. Texted before each visit with arrival time. FIVE STARS! I read more

Used them when I needed my dishwasher fixed. It was running for 4 hours. The very courteous man came when scheduled and worked about an hour to fix it. Afterwards he showed me pictures of the part that needed repair and explained how he fixed it. It runs very well now and for a normal 2 hours! Thanks y'all. read more

I contacted D&D because my washer wasn't working properly and David was able to come out same day and right on time. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was respectful, polite, wore a mask and cleaned up after himself. Rates are very reasonable and washer now works great. I highly recommend D&D TV-Electronics! read more

I have used D&D for a couple of projects with my in wall speakers system throughout my house, and have been extremely pleased. Not only did they finally get my set up corrected from previous homeowner wiring issues, but saved me money in the process. I was planning to spend much more than what I actually needed to do to repair. I plan on having them back to keep adding to my wireless home stereo and also plan to have them automate all lights and switches. read more

About half a year ago I purchased a Samsung Smart TV and about one month ago their was thunderstorms, and it fried my relatively new TV. they came over and fixed my TV with fast and quality service. He not only fixed my TV he also showed me how to update my TV to keep it up to date. The owner usually calls or texts before coming to get a feel for what the problem is. He also asks for the make and model of the appliance, that way he is ahead of the game when he gets here.
